Access4 engineers will be performing planned maintenance on the UCEclipse platform as part of our ongoing improvement program.

Maintenance Details:
Estimated Start Time: Tuesday, 12th May 2026, 22:00 AEST
Estimated End Time: Wednesday, 13th May 2026, 04:00 AEST

Impact:
During the maintenance window, partners may experience up to 2 minutes of service disruption. Active calls in progress may drop, and a brief delay of up to 2 minutes is expected before new calls can be placed. Prior to commencing work, our engineers will monitor call activity to identify the point of minimal disruption.
