Access4 engineers will be performing planned maintenance on the UCXcel platform as part of our ongoing improvement program.

Maintenance Details:
Estimated Start Time: Tuesday, 24 February 2026, 20:00 AEDT
Estimated End Time: Wednesday, 25 February 2026, 02:00 AEDT

Impact:
During the maintenance window, users may be logged out of the Call Centre portals, and be unavailable for up to an hour. Calls services will remain unaffected.

Priority: Minor
