Access4 engineers will be performing planned maintenance on the UCXcel platform as part of our ongoing improvement program.

Maintenance Details:
Estimated Start Time: Wednesday, 24 June 2026, 22:00 AEST
Estimated End Time: Wednesday, 24 June 2026, 23:00 AEST

Impact:
During the maintenance window, users may be logged out of the Call Centre portals but can log back in immediately. Calls services will remain unaffected.

Priority: Minor
