Dear Partners,

The Access4 Engineering team will be performing scheduled maintenance on the UC Eclipse platform.

Maintenance Details:
Start: Wednesday, 22 April 2026, 8:30 PM AEST
End: Wednesday, 22 April 2026, 11:30 PM AEST

Impact:
There will be a brief outage of up to 5 minutes during the maintenance window.
During this time, calls to and from the platform via IP phones, SIP desktop clients, and mobile applications may be interrupted.

Please note that calls made and received via the web browser application or desktop clients using WebRTC will not be affected.

No action is required from customers.
