Dear Partner,

Access4 experienced a brief service interruption that resulted in some active UCXpress calls being disconnected.

Incident Summary:
Start Time: Monday, 19 January 2026, 12:31 AEDT
End Time: Monday, 19 January 2026, 12:32 AEDT

Impact: Some active UCXpress calls were dropped during the incident window. Redialling would immediately reconnect calls.
Current Status: Services have been restored and call processesing is operating normally.
