Update
Access4 Engineering identified an upstream network provider issue affecting voice calls on some routes. We rerouted the affected traffic and confirmed the service remained stable throughout our monitoring period.
The upstream provider has acknowledged the issue and is progressing their fix. Service is operating normally and we will continue to monitor over the weekend.
