Access4 engineers will be performing planned maintenance on the UCEclipse platform as part of our ongoing improvement program.

Maintenance Details:
Estimated Start Time: Wednesday, 24th June 2026, 21:00 AEST
Estimated End Time: Thursday, 25th June 2026, 04:59 AEST

Impact:
During the maintenance window, partners may experience up to 5 minutes of service disruption. Calls to and from the platform via devices such as IP phones, the SIP desktop client, and mobile apps will be interrupted during the outage. Calls made and received through the web browser app or the desktop client over WebRTC will not be affected.
